This summer’s major fashion exhibition marries the stunning imagery of the undisputed king of catwalk photography, Chris Moore

with a fabulous selection of original outfits, lent by the world’s leading fashion houses in a unique collaboration.

At the forefront of fashion for six decades, Moore captures the key moments at legendary fashion shows such as BalenciagaChanelDiorJohn GallianoComme des GarҫonsChristopher KaneAlexander McQueenYves Saint Laurent and Vivienne Westwood.

An unusual ‘paper catwalk’ features, amongst many others, the ‘Marilyn Warhol’ dress from Versace’s Tribute Collection; a Prada skirt suit worn by Kate Moss, and a stunning evening gown by Giles, while the Fashion & Textile Gallery showcases beautiful gowns and accessories from Alexander McQueen and Yves Saint Laurent.

Offering a rare insight into the fashion world, the exhibition charts the startling evolution of fashion during that period, demonstrating the impact that new designers had on fashion, the rebirth of haute couture, and the rise of the supermodel.
