The Kobe Fashion Museum is pleased to announce a special summer vacation exhibition “Flowers Blooming in Flowers Mode”. “Flowers” have been loved by people all over the world since ancient times. Even in the world of fashion, we have colored costumes as patterns and have given designers a wealth of inspiration.

Under the theme of “Flowers Blooming in Mode”, this exhibition will introduce about 100 items such as European and Asian costumes from the 18th century to the present, Japanese kimono, works by top designers such as Kenzo Takada, hats, shoes, and bags. .. The exhibition hall will be transformed into a beautiful flower garden with a hundred flowers. We invite you to a journey to find beautiful flowers from people’s clothing, such as floral patterns created from transcendental embroidery and weaving, and unique three-dimensional modeling.

In addition, during the summer vacation period, we will set up a spot where you can take pictures with the “Napoleon Coronation” costume (restoration) of the hotel, and we will also hold a folk costume corner for trying on and workshops.
