Hitched: Wedding Clothes and Costumes

This exhibition explored the history of marriage and the customs surrounding it, from Victorian times to the present day. It showed changing styles of wedding clothes and featured specific styles from community groups in Liverpool.

About 20 outfits were featured along with photographs, contemporary artefacts and personal histories.
