Joyce Ridings: A Retrospective
Having established herself as one of the North West’s leading fashion designers, Joyce Ridings has been chosen by Manchester City Galleries to display a selection of her clothes and designs at the newly refurbished Gallery of Costume, Platt Hall.
JOYCE RIDINGS: A Retrospective, documents the timeless elegance of her designs from 1966 to 2011, as well as showing her steadfast devotion to Manchester.
Moira Stevenson, Head of Manchester City Galleries, said: “It is a privilege for us to host this exhibition for Joyce Ridings, as her clothes exemplify real creativity and craftsmanship, something that we love to celebrate at the Gallery of Costume.”

JOYCE RIDINGS: A Retrospective will be open from 11th May – 3rd September 2011 at the Gallery of Costume, Platt Hall, Manchester.
