Co-curated with Maria Luisa Frisa and Vittoria C. Caratozzolo, the exhibition approached Simonetta as both couturier and aristocratic couture client. Over fifty of her model creations were presented beside portraits and a millinery collection by Stephen Jones dedicated to Simonetta (2004).
