This exhibition displayed 114 of the 1,283 collection boards that Yves Saint Laurent created for the eighty-one haute couture collections he designed. Held at Ardenne Abbey on the outskirts of Caen, this was the first exhibition to provide a glimpse of Yves Saint Laurent’s creative process.
